15,000 sq ft state of the art facility in Martinsville.}

the ravages of}^{a flood that devastated our
facilities,}^{yet rebuilt and improved our facilities
during renovations. We continue to make a lot of friends and
satisfied customers as we continue to grow our business. We
are always pushing ahead toward the future, but will never

FloSource Completes Major Automation Project FloSource has recently completed and shipped an order for 30 automation assemblies as seen below. These are special control valves supplied by our customer and were outfitted with Morin B Series Scotch Yoke Actuators, Westlock ICOT Smart Positioners, and SSP Instrumentation fittings. All assemblies were assembled, calibrated and tested in our facility prior to shipment. The customer chose Morin actuators for the stainless steel cylinders, “MADE IN THE USA” manufacturing, and the feature of the Jack-Screw Over-Rides which can be used to position the valve in the event of an air failure. The Westlock positioners where chosen for low air consumption, low bleed rates, and extremely accurate positioning of the control valves. The stainless steel fittings are SSP Duolok which are also “MADE IN THE USA” worked perfectly.

New Butterfly Valve

• 61W - Wafer style resilient seated butterfly valve

• 61L - Lugged style resilient seated butterfly valve

Keystone has recently added the Fig 61W and Fig 61L to it’s arsenal of resilient seated butterfly valves. The Fig 61 is a unique two piece DUCTILE iron body with extended neck to allow for flange and insulation clearance. It also offers a replaceable seat and on the 2” through 12", a one piece disc and stem for strength for better controllably and higher Cv values. These valves have the option for a Ductile iron / Nylon 11 disc. This disc material has been useful to many of our customers with abrasive processes in their facilities.

	WIKA FILL STATION	FloSource has recently been authorized and certified by WIKA instruments as an “authorized” fill center for its gauge and diaphragm seal assemblies. With the addition of this test and fill equipment, we are able to assemble, fill, calibrate, and test diaphragm seal/gauge packages. FloSource is currently stocking most standard diaphragm seals and gauges for 1 day shipment to our customers. We have been able to offer customers very rapid turnarounds for shutdowns and outages with this piece of equipment. For more information on Wika products please visit: www.wika.com.
