Brian
Price, New Sales
Engineer at FloSource, comes to the team with 22 years in the
industry. Brian is a specialist in the steam, steel, power and
chemical industries. Brian has a thorough understanding of chemical
corrosive applications, automation and instrumentation and will be a great
asset to our knowledge and hands-on experience base at FloSource.
Brian is married and has three children. Brian has a degree from the
University of Southern Indiana. Brian will serve the following
territories:
- Southern half of Illinois for the Power
Industry
- The western region of the State of
Kentucky for all Industries
- Lower two thirds of Indiana for all
Industries.

| Saunders MK III Body Forging
--
Saunders has recently introduced the MK III Bio Seal Forgings that
offer the following improvements and changes over the MK II design:
Weld end length
has been increased to 40mm (1.50") minimum to facilitate
orbital welding and to comply with ASME BPE Standard. It
features a reduced body mass and profile -- up to 30% in some sizes.
Reduced body mass means less time and energy are required to bring
the body to temperature during heat sanitization and reduced cool
down time. The clamp end valves remain unchanged in the
face/face dimension. FloSource's inventory of Saunders Bio-Pharm
products is being converted to the new MKIII design.

Morin
Actuators have
expanded their offering of the popular “C” series
actuators, The recent launch of larger actuator sizes
has increased Morin capable torque output on double acting
units to 1.3 Million Inch Pounds of Torque and
388,000 Inch Pounds of torque closing on spring return units.
These larger actuators can operate butterfly valves up to
108” in size.
We have been selling Morin actuators at FloSource from day one
of operation and are happy to see their commitment to expand
this product offering. Morin actuators are “MADE IN
THE USA”, and are a critical partner for our success to
provide our customers with quick turnarounds and on-time
deliveries of actuated packages.
