We would like to take a moment to extend to everyone a Happy Independence Day. This is a time to reflect on the hard fought freedom that we all enjoy today. This country is the envy of the world. FloSource extends a special THANK YOU to the military and its veterans who have defended this country and its values and their sacrifices in the pursuit of freedom.
What a great time to celebrate this special holiday to spend with family and friends enjoying the outdoors during barbecues and fireworks.
The ole USA is the greatest country in the world. It is the honest, hard-working folks like yourselves that make it so special.

We are asked daily by customers and vendors: "how's business"? So here is our opinion; our MRO business has never decreased, your plants are still running and require valves to run. Our project business the first quarter was weak, but we are seeing a strong presence of capital project spending in the 2nd quarter. It is our opinion that things are picking up, we see this in our business as well as our customer's businesses.
We are doing our part to stimulate our local economy during the past 12 months.
- Increased our employee count by 60% while our competitors have been laying people off.
- Increased warehouse inventory 54% while our competitors have emptied their shelves.
- Completed a significant capital investment to our facility using local suppliers/contractors, trying to do our part in supporting the local community/country. This investment included energy efficient HVAC system (Bryant system through local McKinney's Plumbing and Heating), new insulation (through Bloomington Rose Walker Supply), energy efficient warehouse lighting, new energy compliant air compressor (Ingersoll Rand - Made in the USA), complete exterior paint (Sherwin Williams in Martinsville), upgraded phone system (service provided by Smith's - small business Owner out of Rockville, Indiana).
- Future projects include machine shop, VAC (valve automation center) upgrades and bar code system for our inventory.

Yarway
Wellbond Valves. As an authorized stocking distributor for all Yarway products, we are pleased to announce we are now stocking their Y-pattern high pressure globe valves. Our current inventory includes 2700# and 4500# in f-22 body material in sizes from 1/2" through 2.50" with socket weld end connections. These valves are most commonly used on drain and vent applications in the coal fired power plants. These are available for immediate shipment. |
